What You'll Do

As our Demo Supervisor, you’ll:

Lead and oversee in-store demonstrations, ensuring engaging and informative customer interactions.
Inspire your team with your upbeat, positive attitude.
Communicate with empathy, ensuring all guests and team members feel valued and heard.
Be active and hands-on, making sure every demo is a lively, interactive experience.
Train, support, and motivate demo staff to create memorable moments for our customers.

Physical & Job Requirements

Stand and/or Walk: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Lifting, Pushing, and Pulling: Capable of regularly lifting, pulling, and pushing objects up to 50 pounds.
Vision: Peripheral vision and near and far visual acuity are essential.
Communication: Effective speaking skills to convey instructions clearly and accurately.
Hearing: Ability to hear and respond effectively in a busy environment.
Allergen Tolerance: Ability to work with a variety of products without negative allergic reactions.
Dexterity: Proficient in both gross and fine manipulation for handling products and equipment.
Environmental Tolerance: Able to work in hot, humid, and cold environments.
Flexibility and Mobility: Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move around as needed.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a valuable asset.
Footwear: Non-slip shoes are mandatory for safety (company does not provide).
Work Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
Transportation: Reliable transportation is a must.
