• Team Player: Collaborate with our team to create a seamless cheese experience.
• Time-Management Pro: Juggle tasks like a champ in our fast-paced store, ensuring our displays are always stocked.
• Preferred Experience: Previous roles in retail, customer service, or cheese handling? Perfect!
• English Proficiency: Must be proficient in English, with Spanish proficiency a plus.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Safety First: Non-slip shoes required (not provided).
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable Transportation: A must-have for dependable attendance!
Physical Requirements:
- Stamina for Cheese Service: Stand for extended periods, maintaining energy and stamina, especially during peak hours.
- Leadership in Customer Engagement: Set a high standard for service excellence, elevating customer satisfaction through personalized recommendations.
- Lifting Capability: Confidently lift and handle cheese items up to 50 pounds for restocking and customer service.
- Attention to Detail: Present each cheese display with meticulous care, ensuring a visually appealing presentation.
