Key Responsibilities:
- Processing Vehicle Sales: Manage the legal transfer of vehicle titles by preparing necessary documents like title applications, registration forms, and payoff checks.
- Document Verification: Check all vehicle titles and related documents for accuracy, including verifying ownership information, lienholder details, and odometer readings.
- Tax and Fee Calculations: Calculate and process applicable taxes and fees related to vehicle registration.
- Compliance with Regulations: Stay updated on state and federal regulations regarding vehicle title transfers and ensure all paperwork adheres to legal requirements.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers regarding the title transfer process, explaining necessary documentation, and addressing any concerns.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork.
- Data Entry: Input vehicle information into dealership management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Lien Management: Process lien releases and payments when necessary, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Out-of-State Title Verification: Verify the validity of out-of-state vehicle titles to ensure all paperwork is complete and compliant.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
