Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Coordination: Organize and maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure a clean and professional workspace.
  • Documentation: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Correspondence: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications, acting as the first point of contact for inquiries.
  • Data Management: Maintain organized records, databases, and filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Expense Tracking: Assist in processing and tracking expenses, invoices, and reimbursements.
  • Support Staff: Provide administrative assistance to various departments and manage ad hoc requests as needed.
  • Project Assistance: Help coordinate and follow up on specific projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
