Assistant Event Coordinator
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Assistant Event Coordinator to support our Event Planning team in delivering exceptional events. The ideal candidate will assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to ensure each event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Management: Coordinate transportation, catering, equipment rentals, and other logistical aspects of events.
- Vendor Liaison: Communicate with vendors to confirm bookings, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- On-Site Coordination: Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, troubleshooting, and breakdown.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain event documentation, create timelines, and update event databases.
- Marketing Support: Assist with event promotion through social media, email campaigns, and printed materials.
- Post-Event Reporting: Gather feedback, compile event reports, and recommend improvements for future events.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
