Job Description
The Contracts Clerk breaks down deals for new and used vehicles and sends to the bank for funding and performs a wide range of administrative and office support duties associated with vehicle documentation. He or she also helps with inventory tracking, record keeping and reporting as well as managing contractual documentation with numerous financial institutions.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a similar position. He or she can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects and must have excellent communication, administrative, organizational, and computer skills.

Responsibilities
- Manages vehicle documentation, including tax and title information, registrations, etc.
- Breaks down deals and sends to bank for funding
- Helps with vehicle inventory control and maintains accurate records
- Manages contractual documentation with financial institutions
- Provides administrative assistance as needed
- Provides timely and accurate reports as required
- Provides administrative assistance as needed
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Dealership/contracts experience is a MUST for this position
- Dealership and Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
- Excellent telephone skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- Professional and dependable
- Computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
