- Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, warranties, and financing options.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
- Complete sales documentation accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic computer and CRM software proficiency.
