Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper vehicle pricing.
  • Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership and manufacturer policies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of automotive sales management experience.
  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and dealership management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
