Position Summary:

As a Full-Time Wine & Beer Specialist, you’ll be the go-to guide for our guests, helping them select the ideal wines and beers that suit their tastes and mission to have a great time. Your goal? Make every customer experience special, engaging, and unforgettable! You’ll maintain a visually stunning and organized department, and bring enthusiasm to every interaction—whether you’re assisting a customer, curating displays, or sharing the story behind a new craft beer.

Temperature Tolerance: Stay cool while working in varying conditions, from chilled wine rooms to busy floors.
Keen Observation: Spot quality issues to ensure our wines & beers always meet top standards.
Clear Communication: Share your passion for wine and beer with customers and teammates, ensuring seamless service.
Manual Dexterity: Handle delicate bottles, corkscrews, and glassware with precision.

Qualifications:

Passion for wine and beer, with a drive to share your enthusiasm with customers.
Upbeat, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus!
Must wear non-slip shoes (not provided).
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Reliable transportation is required.
