We are currently on the lookout for a seasoned Title Clerk who would like to join our team as our business continues to soar!
Job Summary:
The Title Clerk prepares legal and necessary transfer documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles, as well as verifies and makes payoffs on vehicle trade-ins.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
-Processing used vehicle titles after wholesale by auction
-Preparing used vehicle trade jackets
-Calling on titles in transit
-Contacting banks to obtain lien releases
-Preparing car deals for scanning
-Providing additional administrative support as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum one year title clerk experience
- Must have current EVR certification or have been EVR certified in the past
- High School Diploma or higher
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must have a valid driver license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
