Key Responsibilities:

  2. Create engaging and relevant content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  3. Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement metrics.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all channels.
  5. Utilize social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, trends, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve our social media presence.
  7. Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement.
Job Requirements:
  1. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  4. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  5. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  6. Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies is desirable.
