Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to join our marketing team. The Social Media Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Social Media Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales. This role requires a passion for social media, strong communication skills, and an ability to stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Community Engagement:

    • Engage with followers and potential customers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
    • Foster a sense of community and support around the brand through active engagement and interaction.
  2. Research and Trend Monitoring:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
    • Conduct competitive research and audience research to identify trends and opportunities.
  3. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies.
    • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
  4. Administrative Support:

    • Assist with administrative tasks related to social media, such as managing social media calendars and coordinating with influencers.
Job Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
