As a Service Technician you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of vehicle makes and models. Your primary focus will be ensuring vehicles are serviced correctly and efficiently while adhering to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles following manufacturer specifications.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technical resources to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Stay current with technical publications, service bulletins, and manufacturer updates.
- Complete all repair orders and documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with company and manufacturer requirements.
- Inspect vehicles for additional service opportunities based on factory recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are properly used and stored.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance skills and stay up to date with industry advancements.
- Work efficiently to meet service department productivity goals.

Education & Certifications
