What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Stellantis Phase 3 Certification: Demonstrated expertise with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicles, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer standards.
• Proven Experience: Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and more.
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in using OEM diagnostic tools, such as WiTECH, to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to performing high-quality work the first time, every time.
• Team-Oriented Attitude: Ability to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced service environment.
• Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles with a focus on Stellantis brands (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat).
• Perform factory-recommended maintenance and repairs according to OEM standards.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify complex issues.
• Maintain accurate repair and diagnostic records in compliance with dealership and manufacturer requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Stay up to date with the latest technical training and certifications.

• Competitive Flat-Rate Pay: Earn what you’re worth with a pay structure that rewards your skill and efficiency. With weekly performance bonus ranging $120-$700 on top of base pay.

Requirements:

• Current Stellantis Phase 3 Certification experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
