We are seeking a professional, reliable Service Valet to join our Lexus service team. This role is essential to delivering the elevated guest experience Lexus is known for. The ideal candidate is polished, courteous, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do:

Greet Lexus guests promptly and professionally in the service drive

Park, retrieve, and stage customer vehicles with care and efficiency

Assist with vehicle check-in and delivery to support service advisors

Maintain a clean, organized service drive and customer areas

Follow all dealership safety procedures and Lexus brand standards

Provide a warm, welcoming experience from arrival to departure
What We’re Looking For:

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Full time availability and MUST BE AVAILABLE TUESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY NO EXCEPTIONS

Strong customer service and communication skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

Dependable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
