High Desert Ford is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications with service customers, scheduling appointments, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that drives retention and service growth.
- Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills and CRM experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
