Position Summary

We are seeking a professional Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by promptly greeting clients, accurately assessing their vehicle service needs, and facilitating effective communication between customers and our service department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet service customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inspect vehicles and review service history to identify customer needs accurately.
  • Promote appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding product features and service requirements.
  • Provide accurate cost and time estimates, and obtain customer authorization before proceeding with services.
  • Monitor service progress and communicate any changes to customers promptly.
  • Manage warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Confirm service appointments the day before arrival and conduct post-repair follow-up calls.
  • Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure quality and communicate results to customers.
  • Comply with state and federal laws regarding automobile repair and consumer protection.
  • Uphold the company’s values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.

Work Hours

This is a full-time position with standard working hours. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a service advisor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record in the state of employment.
  • Energetic and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
