Compensation: $90,000–$110,000+ per year

With three dealership locations and multiple service advisor openings, we’re looking for experienced automotive professionals who know how to deliver an exceptional guest experience while maximizing opportunity in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers from write-up through delivery
- Build trust and provide a professional, transparent ownership experience
- Accurately document customer concerns and communicate effectively with technicians
- Manage repair orders, maintenance recommendations, and follow-up communication
- Maintain strong CSI while balancing service lane performance and profitability
- Deliver a premium experience that drives customer retention and loyalty
What We’re Looking For:
- Automotive Service Advisor experience required
- Fluent in Dealertrack (required)
- Experience with Xtime strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume service drive
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to create long-term relationships
- Track record of delivering both strong guest satisfaction and results
