We’re seeking a professional and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our award-winning service team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring every guest receives a transparent, timely, and exceptional service experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where quality communication and customer care are top priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a professional, friendly manner and accurately assess their service needs.

Create detailed repair orders, verify warranty and recall information, and provide accurate cost estimates.

Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair work to customers, ensuring full understanding and approval.

Maintain continuous communication with customers throughout the repair process, providing timely updates on status and completion.

Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient workflow and prompt service delivery.

Review completed work orders with customers, ensuring satisfaction before vehicle delivery.

Upsell recommended services and products based on vehicle inspection results and manufacturer maintenance schedules.

Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Maintain high levels of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and contribute to department goals and performance metrics.
- Adhere to all company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety procedures.
Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional automotive or business coursework preferred.

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Service Advisor, or in a customer service or automotive-related role.

Strong automotive knowledge and ability to communicate technical information in simple terms.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office tools.

Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Working Conditions:
