We’re seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join our award-winning service team. This key leadership role supports the Service Drive by guiding guests through the repair process, mentoring junior advisors, and helping maintain high department performance standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience while helping to drive department success.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist service customers in a professional, courteous manner while accurately identifying service needs.

Create detailed repair orders, verify warranty or recall eligibility, and provide transparent cost estimates.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding required maintenance, repair timelines, and status updates.

Mentor and support other Service Advisors in best practices for process, communication, and customer handling.

Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient and timely repair completion.

Review vehicle inspection results and present additional service recommendations in a professional, value-driven manner.

Resolve escalated customer concerns and service-related issues with diplomacy and professionalism.

Monitor and achieve department goals for CSI, ELR, hours per RO, and overall service profitability.

Maintain full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements.

Serve as a leadership resource for workflow coordination, training, and process improvement.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college or technical coursework preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership environment.

Proven success in customer satisfaction, service sales, and productivity.

Strong automotive knowledge and the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficient in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Professional appearance and commitment to delivering top-tier guest service.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
