Safety Standards: Non-slip shoes are required for safety (company does not provide these).
Reliable Transportation: Dependable transportation is a must.
Legal Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
Strong Work Ethic: Dependable, hardworking, and always ready to help.

Position Summary:

As a Seasonal Seafood Associate, you’ll assist customers with seafood selection, offer preparation tips, and ensure our displays are stocked with the freshest catches. From filleting fish to offering cooking suggestions, your role is all about making our seafood department an exciting place for shoppers! You’ll also help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Physical Requirements:

Endurance: Stand, walk, and move around for long periods.
Strength & Agility: Confidently handle, lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 80 lbs as needed.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in various temperatures—whether hot, humid, or cold.
Flexibility: Able to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and twist throughout the day.
Balance: Maintain stability while navigating fast-paced environments.
Dexterity: Efficiently handle and manipulate seafood and tools with precision.
Clear Communication: Deliver clear instructions and collaborate with team members, even in a busy environment.
Hearing: Ability to hear and respond to important instructions in noisy surroundings.
Visual Acuity: Maintain strong peripheral vision and near/far accuracy to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
Environmental Adaptability: Work comfortably in conditions exposed to steam, smoke, dust, and cleaning agents.
