We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to join our team and grow within the automotive sales industry.

Position Overview
As a Sales Trainee, you will learn about our vehicles, services, and the automotive market to effectively assist customers. This role requires enthusiasm, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to develop expertise in vehicle options, financing, and dealership offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle selection and explain features, options, financing, and dealership services.
- Conduct vehicle test drives ensuring all safety and traffic regulations are followed.
- Explain vehicle operation, warranty coverage, and servicing requirements during delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and records.
- Negotiate sales in a clear, professional, and ethical manner.
- Stay informed about new vehicles, accessories, promotions, and financing options.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and meet goals.
- Focus on safety and excellent customer service.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to read and understand instructions.
