Your Role as Sales and Finance Manager:

  • Inspire, lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Implement strategies to maximize profitability, celebrate victories, while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Drive team performance through effective training, development, coaching, and cheer leading.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create strategies that boost revenue.
  • Monitor competitor activity to stay ahead of industry changes.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the finance office and sales floor, ensuring seamless processes, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Individual sales as needed.
  • Working outside on the dealeship, in and out of RV's, ensuring the inventory is front line ready, ect.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in sales, F&I manager, or sales manager, with dealership experience within auto, marine, motorcycles, power sports, or RVs.
  • Strong closer with leadership skills to inspire and drive team success.
  • Inspirational leader with exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ethical, ambitious, and coachable with a positive, can-do attitude.
