- Minimum 1 year of automotive dealership sales experience (required)
- Proven ability to close deals and hit sales targets
- Experience with internet sales, BDC, or digital retailing preferred
- CRM experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Vehicle Sales license
