We’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our award-winning Sales Department. In this role, you’ll help guests find the right vehicle for their lifestyle while delivering a transparent, friendly, and pressure-free buying experience. The ideal candidate is motivated, confident, and thrives in an environment that rewards integrity, effort, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner, establishing trust and rapport.

  • Listen carefully to customer needs to identify and recommend suitable vehicles and options.

  • Provide in-depth product knowledge on Ford vehicles, features, and financing options.

  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance, features, and safety technologies.

  • Follow up with potential customers through phone, email, and text to build lasting relationships.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Finance team to ensure a smooth, efficient purchase process.

  • Achieve and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Maintain an organized, clean, and professional appearance of the showroom and lot.

  • Stay current on product updates, manufacturer programs, and market trends.

  • Uphold Power Ford’s values of integrity, transparency, and exceptional guest care.

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business or marketing preferred.

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service strongly preferred.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a performance-based environment.

  • Strong computer and CRM software skills.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
