Responsibilities
- Learn, master, and implement the customer-focused sales process.
- Engage with clients to ensure complete satisfaction during the purchase experience.
- Present financial options and assist customers in selecting vehicles.
- Understand and follow the dealership delivery process.
- Present and demonstrate available inventory.
- Support customers during demonstration drives.
- Stay current on products, market trends, and certifications.
- Represent the brand and company positively within the community.
Job Requirements
- Strong interest in automotive technology with ability to quickly learn new products and features.
- Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for personal interaction.
- Effective communication skills for engaging individuals and small groups.
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required.
