What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, guiding a dedicated team toward excellence.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience by upholding the highest service standards.
- Team Management: Train, mentor, and manage your team of servers, cooks, and support staff, fostering growth and development.
- Restaurant Standards: Maintain top-tier cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the restaurant.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting, inventory control, and financial management to ensure the restaurant’s profitability.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with upper management to implement strategies for growth and efficiency.
