Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Manage Daily Operations: Ensure seamless day-to-day management of the restaurant, from staffing to service quality.
  • Customer Experience: Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring each guest has an exceptional dining experience.
  • Staff Supervision: Train, mentor, and manage a dedicated team of servers, cooks, and support staff.
  • Maintain Restaurant Standards: Oversee cleanliness, organization, and safety in both the front and back of the house.
  • Financial Management: Assist in budget management, inventory control, and ensuring the restaurant’s financial health.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with upper management to implement strategies for growth and operational efficiency.
