Position Summary:
As the Full-Time Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations, from staff management to customer satisfaction. You’ll be the heartbeat of our restaurant, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a desire to return. This role is a full-time, exempt position located in the heart of Naples, FL.

Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a restaurant management role.
- Deep knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
- U.S. work authorization and reliable transportation.
- Required to wear non-slip shoes for safety in a fast-paced environment (note: shoes are not company-provided).
Physical Requirements:
- Manual Dexterity: Skilled in fine and gross motor tasks.
- Vision: Sharp peripheral and near/far vision accuracy.
- Hearing: Respond swiftly to instructions.
- Lifting/Pushing/Pulling: Able to move objects up to 80 pounds.
- Standing/Walking: For extended periods with a smile on your face.
- Flexibility/Mobility: Bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move with ease.
- Environmental Tolerance: Work comfortably with varying temperatures and cleaning agents.
- Allergy Tolerance: Handle fresh ingredients with care.
- Step-Stool/Ladder Use: Confidently use as needed.
- Physical Balance: Maintain stability during all tasks.
- Communication: Convey clear instructions and foster team harmony.
- Reaching: At all levels—below waist, at waist, and overhead.
