Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative duties efficiently. As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Ensure the office is secure by following check-in/check-out procedures for visitors and employees.
- Assist with the preparation of meetings, including setting up equipment and arranging refreshments.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
