Position Summary:

As a Produce Manager at Seed to Table, you’ll lead our team in maintaining the highest quality and most visually appealing produce displays. You’ll manage sourcing, inventory, and customer engagement, ensuring a fresh and delightful shopping experience for all our customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Excellence: Lead and develop a team of produce associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory management to ensure a consistent supply of fresh, high-quality produce.
  • Visual Merchandising: Create and maintain visually appealing produce displays that attract and delight customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, provide expert advice on produce selection, and promote a welcoming shopping experience.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all produce meets our high standards of quality and freshness, implementing quality control measures.

Qualifications:
