Position Summary:
As a Pastry Cook Baker at Seed to Table, you’ll be an integral part of our bakery team, creating a wide range of artisanal pastries, breads, and desserts. Working under the guidance of our World-Renowned Executive Pastry Chef, Chef Sebastien, you’ll have the opportunity to refine your skills, experiment with new ideas, and produce high-quality baked goods that delight our customers daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Artisanal Craftsmanship: Bake from-scratch breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts, ensuring every product is of top-tier quality.
- Recipe Innovation: Assist in developing new, creative recipes and perfecting classic ones.
- Precision & Efficiency: Handle high-volume production while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with the bakery team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Hygiene & Safety: Keep your workstation clean and adhere to all food safety standards.

- Flexibility: Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move fluidly around the kitchen.
- Temperature Tolerance: Comfortable working in diverse temperatures and environments, from hot ovens to cold storage areas.
- Ingredient Handling: Ability to work with a wide variety of fresh ingredients without allergic reactions.
