KIA OF MURFREESBORO IS HIRING A PARTS MANAGER!
We are seeking an experienced KIA Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who understands OEM parts operations and enjoys building strong internal relationships.
What You’ll Do:

Manage all daily Parts Department operations

Maintain proper inventory levels, controls, and organization

Ensure timely ordering, receiving, and stocking of KIA OEM parts
-
Work closely with Service, Sales, and Body Shop teams
-
Lead, train, and develop parts staff
-
Monitor KPIs, gross profit, obsolescence, and expenses
-
Ensure compliance with KIA standards and dealership processes

What We’re Looking For:

Previous Parts Manager experience (KIA experience strongly preferred)

Strong understanding of OEM parts systems and inventory management
-
Proven leadership and team development skills
-
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
-
Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in an automotive parts department.
• Excellent communication and managerial skills.
• Some sales experience.
• CDK EXPERIENCE.
• Ability to operate the department profitably within dealership guidelines.
• Professional personal appearance.

• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.
