Are you an automotive parts professional who knows your way around a parts counter and knows how to get things done? Volkswagen of Marietta is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the importance of accuracy, urgency, and excellent service — and wants the opportunity to increase their earnings through commission.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts needs
- Identify and accurately source parts for vehicles
- Prepare and process parts orders
- Research availability, pricing, and alternatives
- Maintain accurate parts inventory and documentation
- Build strong relationships with technicians, customers, and vendors
- Help keep the parts department organized and running efficiently
- Provide knowledgeable, professional customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous automotive parts experience in a dealership preferred
- Volkswagen or European parts experience is a plus
- Strong product knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working with computers and parts systems
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
