Key Responsibilities:
• Assist retail and wholesale customers with accurate parts quotes and orders
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local body shops, repair facilities, and wholesale accounts
• Handle inbound phone calls, process orders, and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery
• Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure correct parts sourcing
• Maintain organized records of quotes, orders, and follow-ups
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in automotive parts sales (Kia/Hyundai experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with electronic parts catalog systems and DMS software
• A team-oriented mindset and a customer-first attitude
