Job Title: Part-Time Demo Associate
Location: Seed to Table, Naples, FL
Job Type: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly
Shift: 3 PM to 7 PM, with open availability, including Saturdays and Sundays

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate Products: Engage customers by conducting live product demonstrations and sharing your knowledge of Seed to Table’s offerings.
- Customer Interaction: Foster a welcoming environment, answer product questions, and ensure customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.
- Station Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized demo station, following health and safety guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure demo events are executed smoothly.
Physical & Additional Requirements:
- Skilled Manipulation: Ability to handle products and tools with precision
- Visual Acuity: Keen eyesight to ensure product quality and safety
- Auditory Skills: Ability to communicate clearly in a busy environment
- Strength & Mobility: Ability to comfortably lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs
- Endurance, Flexibility & Agility: Stay active, move efficiently, and maintain energy throughout your shift
- Environmental Adaptability: Work comfortably in diverse temperature conditions (hot, humid, cold) and tolerate moderate exposure to smoke, steam, dust, and cleaning agents
- Allergy Tolerance: Ability to work in an environment where allergens may be present
- Walking Stairs, Step Stool, and Ladder Use: Ability to navigate stairs and confidently use a step stool or ladder when needed
