**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Afternoon Front Desk Management:**
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner during afternoon hours.
- Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and transfer calls as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area during your shift.
2. **Customer Assistance:**
- Assist customers with basic inquiries and provide information about the dealership's products and services.
- Direct customers to the proper department or personnel.
3. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management during your shift.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing mail and packages.
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned during the afternoon shift.
4. **Team Collaboration:**
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments to ensure seamless customer interactions during your shift.
- Communicate with coworkers to meet customer needs and dealership objectives.
