Position Summary:
As a Part-Time Floral Enthusiast, you’ll assist customers in selecting and creating floral masterpieces for every occasion. From custom arrangements to maintaining a beautifully organized floral department, your creativity and love for flowers will make an impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive, dynamic environment and only needs part-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers, plants, and arrangements
- Create stunning custom floral arrangements for special occasions
- Keep the floral department clean, organized, and inviting
- Ensure all products are fresh, beautifully displayed, and well-priced
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering advice on flower care
- Assist with inventory management and product restocking
- Participate in fun, seasonal, and promotional activities

Qualifications:
- Passionate about flowers, plants, and creating stunning arrangements
- Upbeat, positive, and always looking for the beauty in life
- Reliable, trustworthy, and a strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills with a creative eye for detail
- Enthusiastic team player who thrives in both busy and calm environments
- English proficiency; Spanish is a plus!
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation required
- Non-slip shoes required for safety (not provided)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs with ease
- Manual dexterity for handling intricate floral work
- Good peripheral and near/far vision for precision
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach at various heights
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and environments
- Ability to handle fresh floral products and supplies with care
- Maintain balance and stability while performing tasks efficiently
