Job Type: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly
Shift: 3 PM to 7 PM, with weekend availability (including Saturdays and Sundays)

- Bilingual Advantage: English required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Safety First: Non-slip shoes are required for maintaining a safe work environment (note: shoes are not provided).
- Reliable Transportation: You must have dependable transportation to maintain punctuality.
- Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Demonstrations: Engage with customers through live product demonstrations, showcasing Seed to Table's quality products.
- Customer Engagement: Answer questions, provide product information, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
- Maintain Demo Area: Keep your demo station organized, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient demo process.
Physical & Additional Requirements:
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle products and demo tools with precision.
- Vision & Hearing: Clear communication and sharp eyesight to ensure product quality and customer interaction.
- Lifting/Pushing/Pulling: Comfortable handling items weighing up to 35 lbs.
- Standing & Moving: Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Environmental Flexibility: Comfortable working in different temperature conditions and around cleaning agents.
- Allergy Tolerance: Work in environments where allergens may be present.
- Step-Stool & Ladder Use: Confident in using step-stools or ladders when necessary.
