We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Office Manager to join our leadership team as we prepare to say farewell to a valued employee retiring after 45 years of exceptional service.

Position Summary:
The Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient dealership operations. This position oversees accounting functions, payroll processing, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and familiar with the unique environment of an automotive dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger

·         Supervise payroll processing and benefits administration

·         Oversee HR duties including onboarding, personnel records, and compliance with employment regulations

·         Prepare and review financial reports and month-end statements

·         Coordinate with dealership departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting

·         Maintain and improve internal controls and office processes

·         Liaise with external vendors, auditors, and financial institutions

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Accounting experience required
  • Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in accounting software; familiarity with Auto/Mate or similar dealership management software is a plus
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and payroll processing
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage an office team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
