Office Assistant – MARITIME CHEVROLET
Maritime Chevrolet is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone organized, motivated, and eager to learn multiple areas of dealership accounting and administration.
Schedule & Pay:
- $18/hour
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
Responsibilities:
- Organize, review, and scan service repair orders and parts invoices
- Process daily deposits (Service, Parts, Sales, and CAP)
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Assist the Office Manager and Controller as needed
- Train to support and back up all office positions when required
Qualifications:
- Dealership experience is a plus
- CDK experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
