Job Description:

As a Motorcycle Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department, responsible for creating a welcoming and informative experience for our valued customers. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring their motorcycles are serviced, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document motorcycle issues.
  • Consult with technicians to assess and diagnose motorcycle problems.
  • Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended services and repair options.
  • Generate service estimates and invoices.
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers regarding service progress.
  • Maintain clear and organized records of customer interactions and service history.
  • Communicate effectively with both customers and service technicians.
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge and service procedures.
  • Assist with customer inquiries over the phone and via email.
  • Uphold our dealership's commitment to exceptional customer service.
Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motorcycle industry is preferred.
  • Passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using computerized service management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings.
  • Motorcycle endorsement (preferred but not required).
