Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome customers and understand their needs with genuine enthusiasm.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and facilitate memorable test ride experiences.
- Guide customers through the sales process with assistance from management and finance teams.
- Manage and follow up on leads using dealership tools and resources.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that encourages repeat business.
- Participate actively in training sessions, team meetings, and community events to stay engaged and informed.

Qualifications
- At least one year of sales experience, preferably in Motorcycles or related fields.
- Strong sales skills combined with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Organized with consistent follow-up to maintain client relationships before and after sales.
- A current, valid driver’s license.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to speak a second language is preferred but not required.
