Motorcycle Internet Sales Manager

Caliente Harley-Davidson is looking for an experienced and motivated Internet Sales Manager to lead our online sales team and drive digital sales. Responsibilities:
- Manage all internet sales leads and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Develop and execute effective online sales strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from online inquiries to in-store sales.
- Maintain strong follow-up with customers and build long-term relationships through exceptional service.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns and CRM management to generate sales opportunities.
- Report on key metrics, track performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in internet sales management, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and digital sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage and train a team effectively.
- Results-driven with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for motorcycles is a plus, but not required.
