About Sunset Auto Family

Sunset Auto Family is seeking a skilled Mobile Auto Technician to join our expanding team. This full-time role involves performing vehicle diagnostics, preventive maintenance, general repairs, and manufacturer recalls at customer locations to provide convenient and reliable service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and diagnose vehicle service and repair needs accurately.
  • Perform vehicle maintenance, repairs, and multi-point inspections with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork thoroughly.
  • Maintain and operate the company-provided mobile service van and diagnostic equipment responsibly.
  • Participate in factory or in-house training programs to stay current on automotive technologies and procedures.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and good condition of the mobile service van and its tools.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Experience performing warranty and non-warranty vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently in the field.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Good judgment and professionalism in all work activities.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and diagnose vehicles accurately.
  • Provide safe, reliable, and customer-focused automotive service.
  • Conduct comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain mobile van, tools, and equipment in clean and good working condition.
  • Operate the mobile service van professionally and responsibly.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely.
  • Participate actively in training sessions to maintain technical skills.
