Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Quickly diagnose and efficiently repair issues with building systems and equipment.
  • Safety First: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, maintaining a secure environment for staff and customers.
  • Facility Upkeep: Perform light carpentry, painting, and general repairs to keep our facility clean and functional.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to address facility needs and resolve issues quickly.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Implement strategies to minimize downtime and ensure peak performance of all systems.
