Key Responsibilities:

Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Quickly diagnose and efficiently repair issues with building systems and equipment.
Safety First: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, maintaining a secure environment for staff and customers.
Facility Upkeep: Perform light carpentry, painting, and general repairs to keep our facility clean and functional.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to address facility needs and resolve issues quickly.
Preventative Maintenance: Implement strategies to minimize downtime and ensure peak performance of all systems.

Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Proven experience in building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.

Balance & Stability: Maintain physical balance while executing tasks with precision in a busy setting.
Strength & Stamina: Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs regularly.
Reaching Ability: Capable of reaching below the waist, at waist level, and overhead.
