Whether greeting customers in our showroom, answering incoming calls, or assisting various departments throughout the dealership, you will play a key role in upholding the high standards associated with the Lexus brand.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Assist customers with questions and connect them with the appropriate department
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
- Provide administrative support to dealership departments as needed
- Help create a luxury-level guest experience for every customer who visits our dealership
What We're Looking For:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Previous receptionist, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
Schedule Requirements:
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Some evening and weekend hours are required
