Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Lube Technician to perform oil changes, lubrication, multi-point inspections, and related vehicle maintenance services. The ideal candidate will maintain the dealership's high standards for customer service, safety, and operational efficiency.
Primary Duties
- Perform lube, oil, filter changes, and multi-point inspections accurately to diagnose vehicle needs.
- Identify and assess any additional vehicle maintenance requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during servicing and uphold a safe work environment following OSHA and EPA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers and management to ensure satisfaction and quality service.
- Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and promoting teamwork.
- Adhere to all job duties as assigned by management.
- Uphold high ethical standards and professionalism at all times, including maintaining an orderly and safe workspace.
Work Environment
This role requires working in a shop setting with exposure to various conditions such as noise, dust, fumes, and weather elements. The job demands physical activities including lifting up to 100 lbs and frequent sitting, standing, bending, and reaching.

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is recommended but not required.
- At least one year of experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice.
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company policy.
- Local state inspection license preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a shop setting with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and weather conditions.
- Capable of lifting at least 100 lbs.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment.
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Required vision includes close, distance, peripheral, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to safely operate equipment and move vehicles as needed.
