Key Responsibilities:

Safety First: Create a secure and fun space for children, following all safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
Engaging Play: Lead interactive and creative activities that keep children entertained and excited.
Build Meaningful Connections: Communicate effectively with both children and parents, ensuring a positive, engaging, and comforting experience for all.
Lead with Care: Take initiative in creating a vibrant and joyful play environment, while collaborating with your team to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting space.

Required Availability:

We’re looking for someone flexible who can work the following shifts:

Monday: 3:00 pm to 9:15 pm
Tuesday: 3:00 pm to 9:15 pm
Wednesday: 3:00 pm to 9:15 pm

What You’ll Need:

Adaptability: Seamlessly transition between tasks and stay flexible during busy times.
Strong Communication: You connect well with children, parents, and team members, adapting your style to make children feel heard, valued, and engaged.
Creative Problem-Solving: Think on your feet and come up with fun, safe solutions to keep kids entertained.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service, retail, or working with children is a plus, but not required.
Bilingual Skills: English is essential; Spanish is a plus!
Footwear: Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided).
Age & Work Authorization: You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable Transportation: Punctuality is key!

Physical Requirements:

Endurance: Stand, walk, and move around for long periods with energy.
Strength & Agility: Lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs with ease.
Environmental Adaptability: Work comfortably in varying temperatures.
Flexibility: Bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and twist to create engaging play experiences.
Balance & Dexterity: Navigate active play areas while maintaining stability and handling objects efficiently.
Vibrant Communication: Clearly deliver instructions in a bustling, lively environment.
Attention to Detail: Ensure the safety of the play area and its visitors with keen observation.
Alert Hearing: Stay attentive to children, alarms, and other important sounds in a busy environment.
