Job Description:

Recall Masters, the leading provider of automotive recall information, services, and vehicle owner communications since 2015, is committed to making roadways safer for everyone by expediting the repair of recalled vehicles. We are seeking a talented Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team and help us expand our client base in the New England region.

 

Primary Responsibilities:
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage client relationships, work on a sales pipeline, and identify new business opportunities. In addition, key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and retain assigned book of business
  • Build trust and a strong rapport with current and potential clients
  • Increase opportunities by understanding client needs and requirements
  • Monthly touchpoints/reviews with an assigned book of business through phone calls, webinars, and onsite visits
  • Log all activity and communications through the company CRM
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Recall Masters products or services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience of Fixed Ops is required
  • Minimum of 5 years of Automotive experience in a B2B environment
  • Consistent track record of achieving company revenue, churn, and performance goals
  • Consultative approach: Listen to the clients, understand their needs, and tailor your communications to meet their expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the New England area
  • Ability to attend in-person meetings regularly in the New England area
  • Professional and presentable demeanor suited to client-facing interactions

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Proficiency with sales tools, mobile applications, and technology used in field sales
  • Demonstrated self-starter with a proactive attitude and drive to achieve sales goals

Other Requirements:

This role leverages a flex-schedule that may involve nontraditional working hours. Must be able to work from the Recall Masters office or remotely from a home office, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.
